Rustic Virginia Wedding | Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm | Broadlands,VA
We really can’t put into words how thankful we are to get to capture photo and video for such a beautiful couple and venue! Destination weddings are such a blast, so when we received the inquiry from Emily and Josiah we were beyond excited!
Emily and Josiah were such a sweet couple with a passion for God so we immediately felt at home with them. We were blessed to have the opportunity to do a pre-wedding photoshoot with them as well ( which we will definitely be featuring as well )
Our day started at a brisk 7:30am as we started capturing bridal details at the Embassy suites where Emily was staying. Morning weddings aren’t for everyone but they have some perks that we adore! We love getting out of a wedding at 2-4pm and still having our evening in front of us. Karla and I had a morning wedding and we loved being able to get an early jump on our honeymoon!
Coming from Florida, the weather in VA was AMAZING! Cylde’s Willow Creek Farm has a beautiful shaded ceremony space located right next to their reception area which made everything super convenient! Emily and Josiah’s wedding featured gorgeous florals and a yummy brunch! One thing we’ve noticed at a lot of morning weddings is a non-traditional cake. This was the case for Emily and Josiah too! They had the most spectacular donut cake which featured a top layer of cake so they could still cut it!
To top off an already beautiful wedding, Emily and Josiah had a bubble grand exit that was breathtaking!
